Tiffany currently serves as Senior Director of Human Resources for Caleres, Inc., where she provides executive HR leadership for the company’s Famous Footwear and Specialty Retail Division. In her role, she supports more than 800 Famous Footwear locations, specialty retail brands, manufacturing operations, and corporate teams spanning merchandising, marketing, store operations, analytics, real estate, and organizational strategy.

An experienced human resources leader, strategist, and people developer, Tiffany brings more than two decades of leadership experience across retail operations, talent management, organizational development, and employee experience. Prior to joining Caleres, she spent more than 23 years with Victoria's Secret & Company, serving in multiple leadership roles throughout the organization.

During her tenure with Victoria’s Secret & Company, Tiffany led talent management strategies for approximately 1,200 retail locations across the United States and Canada, while also overseeing employment, compliance, and HR business partnership initiatives within a highly matrixed national retail environment. Her leadership experience includes talent development, organizational strategy, customer experience, leadership coaching, and supporting large-scale operational teams through growth and transformation.

Tiffany is passionate about helping organizations create cultures where employees feel supported, empowered, and equipped to succeed. Her leadership style emphasizes people development, operational excellence, and aligning organizational strategy with employee experience.

Tiffany earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Olivet Nazarene University.  She and her husband Jeff live in St. Louis, Missouri.
