Amber has a passion for developing people, strengthening organizational culture, and creating environments where teams thrive.
Dr. Amber Residori serves as Dean of the College of Professional Studies at Olivet Nazarene University. An experienced leader, educator, clinician, and strategist, she brings extensive expertise in leadership development, organizational culture, strategic planning, and team development.
Prior to her current role, Dr. Residori served as Dean of the School of Life & Health Sciences, Chair of the Social Work & Criminal Justice Department, and Professor of Social Work. Throughout her career, she has provided leadership in strategic planning, budgeting, employee recruitment, training, and organizational development. Her professional experience also includes extensive work in residential treatment settings serving youth and adolescents experiencing severe emotional and behavioral disorders.
Dr. Residori is especially passionate about leadership, healthy team culture, and developing innovative solutions that help organizations and individuals grow. She has successfully launched and developed multiple programs from the ground up, including outpatient practices, residential treatment programs, transitional living programs, and acute inpatient psychiatric hospital programs. She has also presented at both local and national conferences on leadership, team building, specialized populations, and organizational culture.
Dr. Residori earned her Doctor of Education in Ethical Leadership from Olivet Nazarene University, a Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Illinois.
Amber is passionate about serving others and helping people reach their potential through leadership, compassion, and faith. She and her husband, Jeff, reside in Illinois and are the proud parents of two daughters, Alysandra and Kennedy.
