Plasticity Boom, LLC Announces Formation of Strategic Advisory Board

BOURBONNAIS, IL — Plasticity Boom, LLC is proud to announce the formation of its Strategic Advisory Board, bringing together an accomplished group of leaders from business, education, healthcare, nonprofit leadership, human resources, and professional sports.

The Strategic Advisory Board was established to provide guidance, perspective, and strategic insight as Plasticity Boom continues to expand its mission of helping organizations create environments where people thrive and are fueled.

The newly formed Strategic Advisory Board includes:

Greg Bontrager:  Retired President and Chief Operating Officer of the American Cancer Society. Greg spent his career helping mission-driven organizations navigate transformational leadership, organizational growth, and operational excellence. He currently serves as a consultant, executive coach, and board chairman for multiple organizations, including Spring Arbor University, Memorial Healthcare, and Memorial Health System.

Tiffany Domagalski:  Senior Director of Human Resources for Caleres, Inc., supporting the Famous Footwear and Specialty Retail Division. Tiffany brings more than two decades of leadership experience in talent management, organizational development, employee experience, and culture development, including leadership roles with Victoria’s Secret & Company.

Ben Zobrist:  Former Major League Baseball player, speaker, entrepreneur, and nonprofit founder. Ben currently serves as a Chicago Cubs ambassador and founder of Champion Forward, a nonprofit organization that helps athletes, parents, and coaches experience sports in a mentally and emotionally healthy way.

Dr. Amber Residori:  Dean of the College of Professional Studies at Olivet Nazarene University. Dr. Residori is an experienced educator, clinician, strategist, and organizational leader with extensive expertise in leadership development, organizational culture, strategic planning, and team development.

Dr. Jason Leahy:  Executive Director of the Illinois Principals Association. Dr. Leahy is a nationally respected educational leader and innovator who has dedicated his career to supporting school leadership development, professional learning, and educational advocacy throughout Illinois and beyond.  Dr. Leahy played a key role in the creation of the School Leader Paradigm, an innovative leadership framework developed collaboratively with state principal associations across the country.

Barry Huebner:  Experienced business leader, executive, and organizational advisor with decades of leadership experience across transportation, operations, and business development. Barry previously served as President and Dealer Principal of Midwest Transit Equipment, Inc. and currently serves as Chairman of the Board for Youth For Christ USA and on the board of Bible League International.
